The Pipeline Fund is working toward a reflective democracy where skilled, diverse, community leaders are fully supported to run for office, run campaigns, and advance progressive policies that address the urgent needs of all Americans. We directly support state pipeline hubs through grants and technical support; regularly convene pipeline organizations organizations; and provide the data and tools necessary to get more diverse leaders running and winning at every level of the ballot, everywhere.
